I have been a full time real estate professional since 1996! I have been an associate broker since 2001 and I am also a real estate pre-license instructor for the State of Utah! I have earned the following real estate designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Short Sale Specialist (SSS). I have also won numerous real estate awards including the following: Excellence in Real Estate from the Utah County Association of Realtors (2001 until the current year), Masters Club Award from Century 21 Real Estate Corporation (2001 until the current year), and the Quality Service Pinnacle Award from Century 21 Real Estate Corporation (2002 until current year).
