Abstract:

A method of forming capacitor over bit line storage nodes in dynamic random access memory cell includes forming a multi-layered structure having at least two silicon oxide layers as a thick molding layer, e. g. , to a thickness of more than 8000. The at least two silicon oxide layers are disposed to have an etch speed of relatively lower-positioned silicon oxide layer to be relatively faster than that of relatively upper-positioned silicon oxide layer. Holes are then etched in the multi-layered structure, thereby reducing a width differential between the upper and lower layers.

Abstract:

An adjustable easel having a canvas holder and a base is provided. The canvas holder is attached to the base in a way that the canvas holder can swivel with respect to the base and the canvas holder can be tilted with respect to the base. A connecting device includes a canvas holder bracket that is fixed to the canvas holder, a first shaft on which the canvas holder bracket is rotatably attached so that the canvas holder can be tilted, a second shaft on which the first shaft is fixed, and a base bracket that is fixed to the base. The base bracket is rotatably attached to the second shaft so that the canvas holder can swivel. The canvas holder includes a gripping device that grips a canvas and is adjustable to accommodate different sizes of the canvas.

The memory stores electronic customization groups, each corresponding to a unique business type. Each electronic customization group includes electronic files, such as forms, applications, screen backgrounds, company logos, screen positioning information, and labels. The memory also stores device customization data sets, each corresponding to document processing in the multifunction peripheral. Indicia on the display identify each of the customization groups by business type, and the user input receives a selection of a selected customization group. A customizations menu on the display lists available customizations from the selected customization group. A document processing options menu on the display includes document processing options corresponding to a portion of the device customization data sets associated with the selected customization group.

A system and method for application reporting by a multifunction peripheral includes a document processing device having an intelligent controller controlling operations of the multifunction peripheral, including operation of a scanner engine and a print engine. A memory stores a plurality of user selectable applications for the controller. The controller executes at least one user selectable application selected from a library of available applications. The processor determines when one or more of the user selectable applications are launched. The processor outputs status data relative to monitored application launches to an associated server via a network interface.

Abstract:

Quinolines, polyquinolines, polybenzoquinolines, molecular segments of fullerenes and graphene nanoribbons, and graphene nanoribbons and processes for producing such materials are provided. The processes utilize a form of an aza-Diels-Alder (Povarov) reaction to first form quinolines and/or polyquinolines. In some such embodiments polyquinolines thus produced are used to form graphene nanoribbon precursors, and molecular segments and graphene nanoribbons. In many such embodiments the graphene nanoribbon precursors are formed from polybenzoquinolines.
