Experience in design, development and administration of complex databases. Additional proficiencies include: Windows ; MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint); and database tools; STATA and SPSS. Research & Analysis: History of performing comprehensive studies, research and analysis of diverse public administration subjects. Experience as a manager and key advisor to public organizations of various sizes. Multilingual: Focused and results-driven in performing multiple functions concurrently.
