Abstract:

Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for a dynamic email system. An embodiment operates by assigning a persona record to a subscriber record in a set of subscriber records based on a characteristic of the subscriber record. The embodiment assigns a content score to a content item in a content database based on subscriber engagement data associated with the content item. The embodiment ranks the content item in the content database based on the content score assigned to the content item. The embodiment assigns the content item to the subscriber record based on a characteristic of the content item, the content score assigned to the content item, or the persona record. The embodiment creates an email comprising the content item based on the assignment of the content item to the subscriber record. The embodiment sends the email to an email address associated with the subscriber record.
