Ever since I can remember, I’ve been involved in customer Service by some way, shape or form. After spending some years as a Systems Engineer in a corporate environment, I was finally inspired to become a Realtor after the no so thrill experience of selling our house thru an agent that looked at us as another transaction, and I though to my self; “customers need to feel they are being treated right, that we are more than just another transaction, that is our home, not just another house. Now as a Realtor, I’m in the business of making friends and helping people with their dreams, letting my clients know and feel that it is not just another transaction, that their needs are listened to and that they are being taken care of.
