About:

I worked with Van Dorm Realty, Inc in Olympia, Washington for 12 years. Built strategic alliances with Brokers that resulted in marketing successfully for new clients while keeping in touch with the old clients. Created new revenue streams through developing new mailers, scripting how to obtain new clients, successful approaches on “sealing the deal”. Generated new business through organizing client appreciation events. Spearheaded cross-functional initiative to achieve bringing Agents/Brokers together for client appreciation events. Cutting down on cost of event yet launched new business and guided old clients on new ideas of investing in real estate. By working so closely with an office of Broker’s I learned from observing and doing the tasks that are expected of Broker’s. I then decided to expand my skills and become a Broker since I was so vastly experienced in the skills.
