Abstract:

The present invention is a system and method for management of consumer services such as health care services which combines new financial structure for health insurance and health benefit plan, payment methods, health plan design, benefit development algorithms, unique procurement methods for health care benefits with and without application to an individual consumer's personal state of health, and is integrated with financial services and asset management products, and benefits for an individual consumer's future medical and/or retirement savings, for healthcare needs. The method and system employs a combination of the defined benefit and defined contribution approaches which combination is referred to herein as “defined-care. ” Defined-care model or the healthcare asset management model has two primary components, one which is referred to herein as a “health management and retirement account”, and the other of which is an infrastructure “connected portal” that interfaces through a technology platform with the health management and retirement accounts and the account holders. The foundation of this infrastructure according to the present invention is a technology platform across which a variety of processes are implemented.

Abstract:

A voicemail message system may process voicemail messages sent by mobile communication devices. A network interface may receive the voicemail messages over a network communication system. Each voicemail message may include metadata relating to the voicemail message containing location information indicative of the location of the mobile communication device at approximately the time the message is sent by the mobile communication device. A voicemail message processing system may cause each message which is received by the network interface to be stored in a message storage system, along with its location information. An airport baggage tracking and notification system may include a baggage tracking system and a baggage location notification system. The baggage tracking system may be configured to track when baggage at an airport has arrived at and/or has departed from one or more locations at an airport, such as a check in area, a baggage sorting area, within an airplane, a baggage pickup area, and/or a passenger exit at the airport. Abstract:

A device receives network condition information. The network condition information is indicative of network resource availability at a plurality of locations. The device processes the network condition information to associate network resource availability identified in the network condition information with one or more airspace voxels that represent one or more three-dimensional (3D) portions of airspace corresponding to the plurality of locations. The device receives flight parameters relating to a proposed flight plan of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) through airspace represented by a set of airspace voxels, and network performance parameters associated with the proposed flight plan. The device determines that the network resource availability that is associated with the set of airspace voxels fails to satisfy the network performance parameters, and performs one or more actions to enable the UAV to access network resources that satisfy the network performance parameters.
