About:

A Sacramento native, Amy is a REALTOR® with Lyon RE Downtown, the premier real estate company in the Sacramento area. Amy was born into a family steeped in the agricultural packaging industry of California’s Central Valley. As a military spouse (and again, later, after the Navy), Amy traveled the country and moved herself and her family multiple times across five states, becoming adept at the art of military, government, and corporate relocations. (Yes, all three!) Along the way, Amy bought homes of her own, and is now a real estate investor. As a real estate client who is also a REALTOR®, she has been on both sides of the client/agent relationship; in fact it was her experiences as a client that made her want to become a real estate professional. Over her own career, she has worked for the DoD, successfully owned and operated her Virtual Assistant business, and worked in corporate as well as academic office environments. Each new adventure taught Amy how to listen to clients and customers to come up with creative ways to put their needs first. When entering the real estate industry as a Realtor, Amy was drawn to Lyon’s culture and values which emphasize cooperation, respect, excellence, and family values. Having settled back home in the Sacramento area, she has made her home in the East Sacramento neighborhood of McKinley Park, where she loves spending time with her family, her pets and her amazing neighbors and friends. In her ‘spare’ time, Amy has been spotted on the sidelines cheering swim teams, marching bands, and water polo teams, or hiking in El Dorado and Placer Counties in the beautiful California Gold Country foothills.
