The Global Real Estate Network 650 North St., Boulder, CO 80304 (303)2505016 (Office)
Description:
Hello, I grew up the latter part of my life here in Colorado and have loved every minute of it. Though I can't claim 'Coloradan Status' as all of you have clearly explained to me you must be born within state boundaries at birth, I call this place my home. I love the not-to-quick not-to-slow atmosphere, the genuine people that live here AND move here, the mountains, oh the mountains, the fresh air, the snow, and of course the sunshine. I was exposed to Real Estate at a young age as my parents would drive around on weekends and look for open houses to visit. Usually they were much larger and more extravagant than ours, so I got the feeling they either had dellusions of grandeur, or simply liked to reassure themselves of their belief in the simple life. As a real estate agent and homeowner, I can appreciate the value a home has to offer not only from my own perspective, but also from others. I understand the costs and benefits of things like home repairs, remodeling, finding a home in a good school district, and community. In addition to working as a Realtor, I have also been working as a self-employed property manager in Boulder for the past three years. So, If you happen to be looking for an agent with a working knowledge of investment opportunity, or just a hard worker, I'm your man. would have allowed a smoother and more comprehensive return to economic activity later on. More aggressive lockdowns would have [gotten] the country in a better position (health wise) as we head into fall and winter, said Andrew Patton, a professor of economics and finance at Duke University.
