With a desire to face challenges head on and the determination to stay ahead of the game, a commitment to learning has set Andrew Rohach up for a healthy career… Since graduating from Washington Township High School in 2006 and obtaining a Bachelor's degree from The Richard Stockton College of NJ in 2011, all of Andrew's accomplishments have provoked the need to meet challenges, increase knowledge and, like anyone who intends to become respected, take some risks with the understanding that succeeding is only a possibility and not a certainty. By developing a sense of teamwork and leadership through playing ice hockey in both high school and college, his first job after graduation was working as a Compliance Analyst on a team at one of the leading investment management companies in the world. The learning experience was great, but even greater was his acknowledgement of a need for a change. Going back to his first job through school as a Customer Sales Representative at a major bank, he remembered the fulfillment found in establishing relationships and friendships with clients on a daily basis. This self-discovery, coupled with his father and future father-in-law both in the real estate industry, led to the decision to take the necessary courses to obtain his Real Estate license in 2012 and start to learn about an industry that our country thrives on. The challenge proposed a need for additional education and a further test of his knowledge. Continuing education is a constant necessity when it comes to the Real Estate market, changes occur on a daily basis. It's important that Andrew continues to keep himself well-informed so that he can provide the "Ultimate Real Estate Experience." This is done by not only hearing but listening to and making his client's needs his first priority. By telling New Jersey buyers and sellers how he works and creating an efficient game plan based on their unique goals, he sets up the expectations. The most important expectation being that his client's goals are met from the start of the relationship through to closing and beyond.
