After working in the Real Estate Industry for several years, I discovered that there were a few changes that were needed and that I wanted to make; so I decided to open my own company. I have been in the Real Estate Business for about 4 1/2 years. I have owned my own company for a year & 1/2, & believe it or not love it. I am an emotional person and when I am at a closing and the person is buying a home for the FIRTS TIME, it is such a great feeling to know that I had someting to do with that. I had a women who was in her early 50's call me that she and her son & daughter-in-law and their children wanted to move to Staten Island and rent a home. She never owned, always rented. Now she is a HOME OWNER and loves it,. She still can't believe it. The day we closed we both cried. Selling Real Estate is a great feeling.
