About:
My real estate career started in Tulsa, Oklahoma right out High School in 1977. First American Title Company employed me in Tulsa then in Houston, Texas. In Houston, I also began taking college level real estate courses.
During the 1980's my husband and I traveled extensively with his employment. My husband, David Masterson, and I are the owners of Masterson Homes, Inc. We build single family residential homes in Middle Tennessee area. We own Masterson Properties, LLC rental properties in the Murfreesboro Tennessee area. We have been married since 1979; we have three children, two married daughters and one married son. We also have one granddaughter and five grand-dogs. Our oldest daughter graduated from Augusta University in 2009 her husband graduated from Old Miss in 2012 and our youngest two children and their spouses are attending Middle Tennessee State University.
I received my first real state license in Illinois in 1990 and joined the Alton/Wood River Association of Realtors. In 1994 we moved to Murfreesboro, Tennessee and there I joined the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors. I have remained in the Murfreesboro area working full time as an agent. My team (Masterson Network) and I specialize in new construction listings and sales, residential listing and sales, relocation, foreclosures/HUD sales. I currently have four licensed agents that are part of Masterson Network.
Since starting my real estate career I have been one of the top three agents every year for all the brokerages I have worked for. I also have mentored many new agents for the last ten years. I assist my Broker with training of new agents.
In 1997 I was awarded the title of Realtor of the Year for the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors. In 2000 I received the GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation and in 2005 became a licensed broker with the State of Tennessee. In 2008 I was awarded the RCS-D designation from Divorce This House.
