Abstract:

There are provided systems and methods for iframe injection in mobile web browser applications for web browser extension opt-in. A service provider may provide a mobile application web browser extension, which may operate in conjunction with a mobile application web browser. The extension may interface with the web browser in order to determine data for browsed websites and user interactions and provide offers and savings to users during electronic transaction processing. In order to use the extension with the web browser, an opt-in preference and permission may be required. To provide this opt-in, the extension may cause the web browser to navigate to and load a webpage of the service provider. The extension may then inject an iframe that calls another domain, and a script of the extension executes in the iframe. The script may then infer that a permission has been granted.

Abstract:

A hand tool has a pivot connection pivotally attaching a first arm to a second arm, with the pivot connection fixed relative to the first arm and movable to first and second positions relative to the second arm. A spring urges the pivot connection into the first position. When jaws on the front ends of the arms clamp tissue with force greater than a pre-set threshold, the spring force is overcome and the jaws may move linearly apart, allowing for more uniform clamping of the tissue. The first arm may have an arm spring extending between a front segment pivotally attached to a rear segment of the first arm.

Abstract:

A basketball return apparatus comprising a frame, an attachment section, one or more flaps, and a basketball return mechanism. The attachment section, which is no smaller than a basketball hoop, is connected to the frame and configured to attach to a basketball hoop. The attachment section includes one or more sensors that detect and record the number of basketball shots passing through the basketball hoop. The one or more flaps are connected to the attachment section, and are configured to tilt downwardly and inwardly towards the attachment section. The one or more flaps, which are connected to and positioned around the attachment section, are flexible to absorb the momentum of an incoming basketball and are capable of directing the basketball towards the attachment section. The one or more flaps include one or more sensors that detect and record the data generated by the contacts caused by incoming basketballs contacting the one or more flaps. Based on the number recorded by the one or more sensors at the attachment section and the data recorded by the one or more sensors at the one or more flaps, the shooting statistics, such as the number of basketball shots attempted, made, or missed, are thereby obtained. The basketball return mechanism, comprising a sloped chute, is positioned below the basketball hoop such that a basketball passing through the basketball hoop is directed to a desired direction as directed by the sloped chute.
