A computer implemented method and computer usable program code for interacting with a system schematic. A system schematic having a plurality of components is graphically displayed. In response to receiving a selection of a control component, a state of the control component is altered. A set of effector components from the plurality of components are animated using a cause-and-effect relationship between the control component and the set of effector components are animated.

Abstract:

An embodiment of the present invention is a technique to stack multiple devices using an interconnecting element. A board has a periphery and top and bottom surfaces. The top surface has top contact pads to attach to a first device. The bottom surface is milled down to form a cavity confined by vertical walls around the periphery. The cavity fits a second device. Bottom contact pads are formed on bottom side of the vertical walls. The bottom contact pads are raised with respect to the bottom side of the vertical walls. Traces internal to the board connect the bottom contact pads to the top contact pads.

Abstract:

A yaw fin deployment apparatus provides a continuous depolyment force to fin during the entire range of deployment. A shaft, a movable sleeve bearing for riding along the shaft, a strut connected between the sleeve bearing and the fin, and a lanyard for continuously pulling the sleeve bearing along the shaft are provided. The momentum created when the ejection seat separates from the aircraft is transmitted to the lanyard, to the sleeve bearing, and to the strut for deploying the fin. A pulley is attached to the seat and is located near the aft end of the shaft and guides the lanyard to assure that the actuation force exerted on the sleeve bearing is in a direction parallel to the axis of the shaft. When the fin is fully deployed, the lanyard separates from the sleeve bearing through a split ring at the bottom of the sleeve bearing. A primary spring-loaded latch located at the aft end of the shaft locks the fin in a fully deployed position.

Described is a passenger seat assembly that may include a seat back including a rearward surface, a seat shroud positioned proximate to the rearward surface of the seat back and fixedly coupled to a seat frame, wherein the seat shroud remains stationary as the seat back moves between a stowed position and a deployed position, and at least one moveable shroud member coupled to the seat shroud at an attachment point and positioned proximate a rearward surface of the seat shroud, wherein a location of the attachment point is adjustable.
