Abstract:
A method for route generation based on a stated purpose of an activity, implemented by a computer system, includes: receiving, by the computer system, a route request from a user device, the route request including an activity to be performed during a route traversal, a purpose of the activity, and a user identifier associated with a user of the user device; in response to receiving the route request, obtaining, by the computer system, a set of user preferences associated with the user identifier from a user profiles database; identifying, by the computer system, a set of route candidates with route attributes matching the activity, the purpose of the activity, and at least one of the user preferences; and outputting, by the computer system to the user device, one or more recommended route candidates from the set of route candidates based on the matching.

Abstract:
One or more processors generate a view that identifies the data records of a first database having a back-level version. Instructions are received to migrate the data records from a back-level version to a new version of the data records. Responsive to receiving a query requesting data records of the first database, the version level of the requested data records is determined based on the generated view. Responsive to determining the requested data records are in the back-level version, a migration is performed on the requested data records including changes resulting in the new version of the requested data records. The requested data records are identified as changed to the new version of data records, and the new version of the requested data records are written to a pre-determined storage location and are provided to a requestor submitting the query.

Abstract:
Crowd-sourced device control can include monitoring a physical state associated with a user of the mobile device and performing relevant-device polling in response to detecting a change in the physical state associated with the user. Crowd-sourced device control also can include determining an operational parameter setting for the mobile device based on a relevant-device consensus determined by the relevant-device polling. Responsive to the operational parameter setting, as determined based on the relevant-device consensus, being different than a current setting of the operational parameter, a response action by the mobile device can be initiated.

Abstract:
A content artifact is received. Based on the content artifact, a content topic is identified. Based on the content artifact, a content sentiment score associated with the content topic is generated. Based on the content topic, a set of media is identified. For each medium within the set of media, a medium sentiment score associated with the content topic is identified. The content sentiment score is compared to the set of media sentiment scores to obtain a set of similarity scores. Based on the similarity scores, one or more media from the set of media are displayed to a user.

Abstract:
A computer-implemented method for controlling access to a computing device based on one or more facial expression configurations of a user. The method captures the one or more facial expression configurations of the user, and matches the captured one or more facial expression configurations of the user with one or more defined facial expression configurations, wherein the one or more defined facial expression configurations are associated with one or more access permissions, or actions to be performed by the computing device. The method further grants the one or more access permissions to the user based on the match, and/or performs the action associated with the match. In additional embodiments, the method may further create one or more user profiles of the user, wherein each of the one or more user profiles is configured to include one or more access permissions.

Abstract:
Utilizing a computing device to automatically locate a link to a target web page whose link from a referring web page is broken. A computing device receives a request to access a link to a target web page from a referring web page. The computing device receives a notification indicating that the link to the target web page is broken. The computing device locates a new link to the target web page utilizing one or more keywords. The computing device provides access to the target web page.

Abstract:
A method and system for improving a machine learning task assignment process is provided to address productivity with respect to satisfaction. The method includes connecting hardware devices to a server system. Job related data associated with job roles for individuals is retrieved and associated with a time period. Work related items of the job related data are presented and selections for work related items are retrieved via selectors for the work items. Expected and actual satisfaction ratings for the work related items are received and analyzed in accordance with an order in which they are received. At least one work item is assigned to a user and a specialized memory repository is generated within a portion of a memory device. Results of the assignment are stored within the specialized memory repository. Self-learning software code for executing future task assignment processes is generated and modified based on reported satisfaction ratings.

Abstract:
A system for improving a machine learning allergy diagnosis process is provided. The system implements a method that includes identifying databases comprising data identifying menu items served by food establishments. Allergy data defining a food products associated with potential allergens is analyzed in real time and in response, baseline allergen indication software code for defining an allergen baseline indicator is generated. Ingredients of the menu items are analyzed with respect to the allergy data and allergen baseline levels for the ingredients determined. An allergen baseline level for each menu item is determined and an allergen alert software application for alerting a user with respect to each overall allergen assessment is generated.
