Miss Turner became a Realtor, as well as an active real estate investor in 2003. Previously, she was the Founder and CEO of Turner Properties, Inc. & Affiliates ("TPI"), a vertically integrated Real Estate Investment enterprise. The Company was engaged in the sponsorship, sales and management of their structured real estate partnerships, where Miss Turner personally served as a General Partner in more than 34 partnerships owning properties valued over One Half Billion Dollars. The company acquired, managed and sold Residential and Commercial properties in Florida, Texas, Tennessee and Michigan. She also acted as a principal of her own NASD firm, Turner Equities Corp. She has been the recipient of the "Woman of the Year" Award from the National Association of Women in Commercial Real Estate in 1990-1991. She has also been the recipient of Westchester's Woman of the Year Award from the UJA, as well as Most Valuable Woman Award to Haddassah's Westchester County's chapter for her financial and community contributions. Miss Turner presently sits on the Board for "Voices Against Brain Cancer," as well as being a Board Member of JVN Synogogue. Most recently, the elite Global organization of Stanford Who's Who invited Betsy to join the distinguished ranks of leading Pofessionals who have as a result of her remarkable work in the real estate industry.Miss Turner is affiliated with Realty Associates, Florida Properties as a Realtor. She is a Certified International Property Specialist ("CIPS") in Luxury Properties.
