I strongly believe in not just symptom removal, but rather, restoration of full health. As an expert in combat and other trauma, and sleep disorders, I know that it is possible to resolve the trauma from disturbing experiences and to have a fulfilling life and loving relationships. My "No More Nightmares" book and "Resilient Relationships" manual are extremely effective in helping clients to resolve their current distress, and to carry those skills into the future.
