About:
I started in real estate at an early age. Since my early 20's I have been a self employed 3rd generation Home Builder in New Hampshire and have built multiple speculative homes, including my own residence that I designed. My knowledge of home construction has been a great asset to my buyers and to my sellers, being able to point out the many assets of homes for purchase or sale. As an experienced builder, I have been on both sides of the fence (as both a buyer and seller) so many times that I can easily relate and understand what my clients go through. Investors love to work with me when buying a fixer upper because I know the costs for construction and can sniff out that great deal, or a piece of land because he knows what his client can put on that land to be a good investment. I have lived in New Hampshire most of my life, growing up in Londonderry, then building homes while residing in Hillsboro, and currently living in Concord. I have traveled most of this country and loves to call the Granite state my home. I have been an avid traveler of the States, Italy, Malaysia, Dubai, New Zealand and Fiji. I believes in "work hard, play hard" and enjoys fly fishing, golf, sailing, wood turning and Treasure hunting.
