The Whelen Modified Tour is back Friday at Stafford Motor Speedway with the running of the Town Fair Tire 150, the third of four events for the division at Stafford this season. Bobby Santos III won the Tech-Net Spring Sizzler at Stafford on May 1 and Ron Silk the TSI Harley Davidson 125 on May 27.
