About:

I originally grew up in San Jose, CA. I graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelors Degree in Advertising/Marketing. Worked in the sales and publishing industry for over 17 years. My husband, Jeff and I moved to a small town called Burney located in Northern California near Redding (lived there only one year) which quickly led us to the beautiful town of Auburn, CA where we currently live. We picked Auburn because both of us enjoy a country setting and outdoor activities but with modern conveniences available. We love getting involved in the community and every year we are in the Festival of Lights Parade inDowntown Auburn. We have supported and help buildAshley Memorial Dog Parkin Auburn and do foster care for dogs throughA New Hope Foundationin Loomis. We also enjoy dog walking for the Placer Animal Shelter. A couple of years ago we bought 5 acres and built our dream home. Together we learned so much about construction and my husband in particular had a very hands-on approach. I learned so much from the homeowner’s perspective which I love to share when clients are thinking about purchasing land and building. I help my clients buy and sell homes throughout the entire Placer County including: Auburn, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Meadow Vista, Loomis and Granite Bay. Experienced in luxury properties, lake front homes, golf course properties and short sales. Also, worked as a listing agent for Wells Fargo and handled their foreclosures. So, I have a clear understanding of how to evaluate a REO and write an effective offer. I have a strong knowledge of the schools in the area such as:Placer High School,Skyridge School,E.V.
