Carol Mohr taught school in Michigan and Coral Springs, Florida for 16 years (7 of those in Coral Springs). She was licensed as a Broker/Salesperson in 1975. She won the top salesperson award in Broward County every year from 1975 to 1998 when that award was discontinued. She continuously won the National One Percent award (meaning 99% of sales associates sold less than she did). Because real estate sales teams became popular that designation was disbanded in the mid 1990's. She and her husband moved to Coral Springs in 1972 and observed the formation of a beautiful, unique city almost from its beginning. Her business has been continuously built on referrals from past customers. She enjoys selling homes these days to her past kindergarten students along with customers from different places all over the world. Carol works with several different relocation companies to help families relocate to south Florida. The current market conditions are very challenging, but Carol enjoys the challenge and constantly takes courses in short sales, foreclosures and abatement opportunities so she can be as well informed as possible to help families facing today's problems in the market.
