I love helping people find their perfect home or land site. Whether buyers or sellers, I love to help you through this difficult process. You are an expert in your field and I am an expert in my field. I hate seeing first time buyers taken advantage of and I hate seeing families whose native language is not English struggling to have their voice heard. That being said, I have a fully bi-lingual assistant in Spanish and English. Also I have an Arabic translator available too. Let us help you!! I have been buying and selling land and homes for myself and my family for developments for about 20 years. During that time I helped others too and one day a friend asked me why did I not get my Brokerage License? So....I did. I worked with Zip Realty, a national company for about 2 years and through their merger with Coldwell Banker/Howard Perry & Walston. While it is a great company, they don't represent the rural counties such as Harnett, Johnston, Cumberland, Lee, and Sampson County very well and I do! I am all about finding what you want. Many of my clients are repeat investors who know I will show them a $30,000 house as fast as I will show them a $300,000 house. Most realtors will not do that. Also, if you need a mortgage broker, I can introduce you to a great one who is truly willing to work with you.
