Interests:
After my advertising career in New York at the world’s largest privately held Ad Agency I retired as VP Account Supervisor of Young and Rubicam and moved to Europe with my husband for eight years where he pursued his own advertising career. As a result I am fluent in Italian and French and had the chance to raise our children overseas for a good part of their childhood. My children are/have been enthusiastic Evanston High School students and we have enjoyed living in Evanston for the last 10 years. I am VP of the Connections for the Homeless Board of Directors having worked with homeless in three different countries. “Home” is an important concept to me!

About:
Catherine Leonard is a Coldwell Banker Realtor who offers exceptional service and expertise to buyers and sellers in the Chicagoland area. She Specializes in the North Shore communities, including: Evanston, Wilmette, Winnetka, Glenview and Rogers Park. A keen ability to empathize with clients' unique situations helps Catherine zero in on the best approach to solving their real estate needs. Catherine recevied the Diamond Society Award in 2008, in the top 5 agents in her office, the largest on the North Shore. Please contact Catherine at 847 707 9795 to discuss your real estate hopes and dreams! Catherine's business philosophy is simple...Real Estate is not rocket science. You deserve expertise, experience and honesty as you move through the process. You deserve attention to detail, intelligent steering when things get touch, dazzling marketing material and a Realtor who isn't a chore to spend time with. Catherine believes everyone deserves a home, which is also why she is very involved in a charity benefiting the homeless in her area. Catherine believes that the word "Home" packs a powerful punch that warrants every expert and professional quality in a real estate agent, combined with the warmth, sincerity and honesty that "Home" also connotes. She intends to bring you that elusive combination and make great things happen for you in your pursuit of "Home". Lastly, as a former advertising executive on Madison Avenue, Catherine knows how to sell. If she can negotiate with and sell an abstract idea to a boardroom of "Madmen", she can sell you home... Catherine is competent with both buyers and sellers, and is acutely aware of the particular challenges facing a family moving to a new area, since she moved to foreign countries twice with her husband and children.
