The Fairway Promise: A commitment to truth, transparency and integrity throughout the loan process.
It’s up to REALTORS®, appraisers, attorneys, loan officers and mortgage lenders to work in partnership to produce a better outcome for buyers and sellers in order to restore consumer confidence in the industry and help the housing market recover.
Our Promise to the Consumer:
Our 360 Degree Pre-Approval Process
We will not issue a pre-approval without fully evaluating all aspects of the transaction.
We pledge to do a complete, thorough, 360° evaluation of your financing ability. We will review all your income and asset documentation to insure that nothing is missed. Since 90% of our loans are underwritten in-house, more complicated transactions will get a full underwriter review.
If the property is a condo we will review the condo details to insure that the property meets all secondary market guidelines.
When you receive a Pre-Approval letter from Fairway, we guarantee your loan will close as long as there are no changes to your ability to qualify for the loan.
Truth and Transparency are what matters most to us.
There will be no hidden costs or unpleasant surprises in the loan process
You will work with knowledgeable, deeply experienced Fairway Team members at each step of the mortgage process
You will always have the same dedicated individuals to speak with throughout the transaction
Detailed explanations of all documents and costs will be provided
All information will be kept confidential and treated with respect
We offer the best programs, products, technology and service in the industry today.
The Closing and Beyond
The HUD will be available to review well in advance of the closing
Funds will always be at the table ahead of the closing
All parties will have the opportunity to review documents in advance
Scheduling of closings will ensure maximum convenience for all parties involved
Your relationship with Fairway does not end with the closing! We are here for you and you will hear from us when we have something important to tell you, from lower rates to new loan programs – stay tuned and we will keep you up to date.
MY PERSONAL STATEMENT
I began my real estate career at the age of 19 with Long & Foster Realtors. After a successful career in real estate, I moved to mortgage financing because I enjoyed running numbers for my clients.
Since I lived and breathed real estate and mortgage for most of my life, when the mortgage bust occurred, I thought: "Who better to help solve this crisis than me?". I have a strong mathematics background, speak multiple languages and have compassion for people who are in homes where they are struggling to deal with their banks to get resolution.
Today, in addition to staying strong in the refinance and home buying market, I remain focused on helping home owners avoid foreclosure. I work with teams of experts throughout the country who are able to assist the home owner caught with upside down mortgage values. There is no cost to the home ower for this service. I realized the need and put a program in place that was able to assist home owners with communicating with their bank to get a resolution. My goal is to educate home owners so that they can fully understand their options and once they decide what they most want to do, work with their bank to resolve their problems and get them into a situation where their monthly mortgage is not taking every penny of their income.
My driving force is that suicide rates since the mortgage crash are at an all time high and financial stress is the number one leading cause of this tragedy. Each and every life is precious to me and I hope and pray that if you are facing foreclosure that you reach out to me so that I can help.
