Abstract:

A central audio hub, comprising an audio switch, a bus matrix, and an audio buffer, is triggered to read audio samples of an audio stream from the audio buffer. The central audio hub routes the audio samples via the bus matrix to one or more surrounding audio modules such as an audio codec and an audio interface communicatively coupled to the central audio hub. The audio stream may be directly from an external application processor or from an external DDR. With the audio stream from the DDR, a DMA controller may fetch the audio samples from the DDR in response to a request received from the audio buffer, and store the fetched audio samples into the audio buffer for routing. The audio switch may be triggered at a determined sampling rate to read the audio samples from the audio buffer utilizing a determined sample format, and to route the audio samples to the surrounding audio modules.

Abstract:

A mount for supporting a microphone on a helmet having an outer shell and for use with a transmission cable. The microphone is mounted on a flexible boom carrying leads connected to the microphone. The transmission cable carries electrical conductors. The mount includes an attachment assembly having a surface with a contour which conforms to the outer shell of the helmet. The attachment assembly is provided with a sleeve-like member adapted to receive the flexible boom and a retainer for receiving the transmission cable. Connectors are carried within the attachment assembly for electrically connecting the electrical conductors from the transmission cable to the leads to the microphone. A layer of an adhesive material is carried by the surface of the attachment assembly and is adapted to fasten the attachment assembly to the outer shell of the helmet. The layer of adhesive material permits the fastening of the attachment assembly to the helmet without impairing the structural integrity of the helmet.

Abstract:

Multitier, multitenant architecture of pods comprise multiple stacks with different metrics and workload compositions that constantly change over time. A computer system may identify an overall pod time-to-live (TTL) based on the changing metrics and workloads. The TTL may be a forecasted time that pod remediation is needed to avoid negative impact on pod performance and customer experience. Additionally, the computer system may identify the appropriate remediation(s) for each pod. The computer system may compare and prioritize remediations across a collection of pods with different configurations and workload characteristics based on the TTLs.
