Description:

As a little girl, I would open the Real Estate section of the Sunday paper and study the floor plans of the various San Antonio homebuilders and designers. And, as a young adult, I would drive the area neighborhoods looking for open houses and model homes to preview. I've always loved real estate. I am a San Antonio native and a graduate of Incarnate Word High School. I hold a degree in Home Economics from the University of Texas, and my family and I have moved many times through the years – from the Monte Vista Historical District in which I grew up, to the outskirts of the Texas Hill Country where we now reside. After nearly 20 years in education, my interest in real estate developed into a passion. In the fall of 2005 I obtained my real estate licence, and by the end of 2006 I had earned the distinction of Top Sales Agent for December 2006 and was named Rookie of the Year. As an industry professional, I provide comprehensive community and market knowledge, effective negotiation skills and a network of industry colleagues to support each purchase or sale. My clients and I first discuss their real estate goals; together, we then develop and execute a plan to realize those goals. I am fortunate to be part of purchases and sales ranging from single family residences to commercial development acreage. I am a 2007 graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program and in 2008 I obtained my broker's license and created The Spencer Group.
