Experienced in configuring and installing printers for stand-alone and network printers, can easily recognize common printer problems and the techniques used to troubleshoot. Trained in operating system installations such as hard-drive formatting and partitioning, Active Directory installation, establishing user accounts, assigning permissions to users, creating shared folders, back-up and restoration of data. Trained in installing and configuring common peripheral, IDE, SCSI devices as well as loading and configuring device drivers with the required software while managing and upgrading memory. Ability to identify and distinguish between different types of removable storage, CPUs, optical drives, hard drives, motherboards, adapter cards, I/O devices, expansion devices, printers, and connectors.
