An adjustable fin apparatus adjustable between a first expanded position including a pair of inner elongated blades and a pair of outer elongated blades ; the blades are mounted to a blade housing portion comprising an upper housing element and a lower housing element ; the lower blade housing element comprises an elongate shape having a slot formed therein along a portion of the length of the lower blade housing element ; the inner elongated blades comprise an inner edge and an outer edge and a bore is located at an end thereof; an outer elongated blade defines an inner edge and an outer edge ; and the upper blade housing element comprises an elongate shape generally corresponding to the elongate shape of the lower blade housing element.

An adjustable fin apparatus includes an elongated blade portion and elongated first and second frame members adapted for pivotal connection to the blade. An adjustment system for the first and second frame members rotates the pivotal connection of the frame members with respect to the blade. Abstract:

A detachable radar unit for a motorcycle unit is presented. An outer shell is permanently attached to the side of a motorcycle helmet. A radar sensing unit may be inserted into the shell, making electrical contact with a microphone and light panel attached to the helmet. The radar sensing unit may also be detached from the helmet and attached to a car or boat by using separate shells permanently mounted on the car or boat. A special quick disconnect plug in the unit's power supply cord is provided which quickly and easily disconnects the helment from the motorcycle should the need arise.

Abstract:

A detachable propulsion unit for a scuba diver's air tank is provided to create a hands-free personal propulsion device. The invention comprises an air tank receiving boot member, a propeller motor, power supply and quick connect straps for attachment to the diver. The unit may be quickly released from the air tank in the event of an emergency. A buoyancy and trim control air bag is also provided to help the diver maintain horizontal trim in the water and to control ballast. If desired, an attachment is provided to allow conversion into a hand held propulsion unit separate from connection with the air tank.

Abstract:

Collapsible, adjustable scuba fin with a cam lock feature. The blades of the fin are set on an enclosed track in the foot plate which allows the blades to be extended to create a fin of variable surface area for different swimming conditions or retracted under the foot plate for walking. The blades can be locked in place by the cam lock which is attached to the foot plate by means of a screw and foot pocket by means of an adjustable pull lanyard. The foot pocket and heel hilt can be adjusted to accommodate feet and footwear of varying size, and style allowing a single fin to fit multiple individuals and requirements. A T-bolt slider set in the foot plate can be rotated or removed to access the space between the blades allowing for the clearing of debris.
