Methods and systems for authenticating a user requesting to access one or more resources via a device are described herein. Authentication may be based on or otherwise rely on a plurality of devices. For example, aspects described herein are directed towards a system and method for receiving an authentication request from a first user device. A second user device may send a request for and receive a public key of the first user device and receive. The second user device may verify the authentication request using the public key of the first user device and perform authentication based on an authentication secret received from a user.

For example, aspects described herein are directed towards a system and method for receiving a request from a user to access one or more resources via a first device. In response to receiving the request to access the one or more resources, the first device may send, e.g., to a second device, a request for user input of a credential at the second device. The first device may receive a credential from the second device, and the first device may authenticate the user based on the received credential. Additionally or alternatively, the second device may authenticate the user based on an input of a user credential, and the second device may send an indication of a successful authentication to the first device.

Abstract:

A passive-tracking system is described herein. The system can include a visible-light sensor, a sound transducer, a thermal sensor, a time-of-flight (ToF) sensor, and a processor. The processor can receive visible-light frames from the visible-light sensor, sound frames from the sound transducer, thermal frames from the thermal sensor, and modulated-light frames from the ToF sensor. The processor, based on data of the visible-light and temperature frames, can also determine that an object is a living being and can provide an X and Y position of the object. The processor, based on data of the sound and positioning frames, can determine a Z position of the object. The X, Y, and Z positions may combine to form a three-dimensional (3D) position of the object. The processor can also passively track the object over time by selectively updating the 3D position of the object.

Abstract:

A passive-tracking system for passively tracking a living being is described herein. The system can include a ToF sensor that emits modulated light in a monitoring area and receives reflections of the light from a first object in the area. The ToF sensor can also generate modulated-light frames based on the reflections of light from the first object. The system also includes a processor communicatively coupled to the ToF sensor. The processor receives the modulated-light frames from the ToF sensor and, based on data of the modulated-light frames, determines that the first object is a living being. The processor further determines an X, Y, and Z position of the first object with respect to the system, which produces a three-dimensional (3D) position of the first object. The processor also passively tracks the first object in the monitoring area over time by periodically updating the 3D position of the first object.

Abstract:

Methods, systems, computer-readable media, and apparatuses for providing testing environments using virtualization are presented. In one or more embodiments, a computer system may receive, from a client computing device, a software application. Subsequently, the computer system may receive, from the client computing device, a set of one or more testing parameters for testing the software application. Then, the computer system may create, based on the set of one or more testing parameters for testing the software application, a testing environment for the software application using a native hardware layer that represents hardware on which the software application is configured to be executed. A system and method for encapsulating a target application are described herein. In particular, an analysis of the target application can be performed to determine one or more characteristics of the target application. Based on the analysis of the target application, a blueprint of the target application can be generated. Based on the blueprint, an encapsulation application can be constructed for the target application.
