The conventional optical lens is made of rigid materials. The focus of such lens is determined and can not be changed after it is grind and finished. Now, my invention is to create a kind of lens that its focus can be easily changed and adjustable.
Since Sep. event happened, the terrorists use anthrax through the mail to U.S. citizens. In order to counter their threats. I invented a patent that not only counters bio-attack, but also counters possible isotope radiation attacks by terrorists who wish to cripple as well as kill U.S. citizens through our mail system. My invention is as following: a Currently postal workers pick-up letters one by one by hand [I propose they collect letters using plastic boxes] so that the postal worker can avoid any contamination from handling the mail. b After all, letters and or parcels are collected in these plastic mailboxes then they are placed on a transportation line to check for radiation. c All letters and or parcels pass along the transportation line into a radiation room [the high radiation kills all of the anthrax and bacteria]. This process is also suitable for trucks and or shipping containers. d After the screening process the letters, parcels, trucks and or shipping containers are sent to the postal worker for regular processing. The cost of using our nuclear waste for a beneficial purpose is extremely low because they are derived for existing “nuclear waste” produce by our nuclear power plants. The U.S. has currently 103 nuclear power plants, which produce a lot of nuclear waste [that are no longer useful as fuel]. This nuclear waste has very higher radiation level, which can be used to kill all kind of bacteria including anthrax. Our current policy for disposing of this nuclear waste is to bury it and specially designed containers in abandon mines. I propose that some of this nuclear waste be used in a beneficial way such as I have outlined above.
