Since I believe it is important for a client to know the background of their agent, I hope you take to time to learn about me.
I was raised on a farm/ranch in San Saba County, Texas where I was taught the value of hard work by Christian parents.
· After college, I taught school for several years and farmed and ranched with my Dad full time afterward.
· I spent the next 10 years of my career as a broker/owner of a Century 21 franchise in Brownwood, Texas.
· The following 10 years was spent with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as a real estate specialist and Section Chief marketing and managing real estate acquired by the FDIC.
· The next 15 years I was employed by the FDIC as a Contracting Officer securing the services of real estate brokers and property managers along with every imaginable service involving the banking industry.
I retired from the FDIC in December, 2010 and have been full time as a real estate agent since. I have been a licensed broker and agent for over 15 years.
My wife of 44 years and I have lived in Ellis County since 1997 and, as a Texas Native, we sincerely believe that Texas is the very best place in the nation to call home. FDIC would have moved us to any location in the nation upon my retirement but we couldn’t imagine anywhere else we preferred to live!
My Goal: I am on full retirement so my main focus will be on your needs. I will always strive to find the very best value in a home in a location that will best serve you and your family for years to come. If you list your home with me, I promise to make every effort to affect a sale at the very highest price possible. Call or email me today! You will love working with me to achieve YOUR goal!
