Abstract:

The present invention provides a pool wall and deck support member including modular and symmetrical upper and lower halves adapted to be interconnected to one another to form a unitary support member. Each half is essentially V-shaped with the bottom of the V having a pair of fastening elements disposed thereon and adapted to securely engage corresponding fastening elements disposed on the bottom of the V of the opposite half. Disposed on the ends of the upwardly extending legs of the V-shaped members are fastening elements that are adapted to engage a cross bar that extends across the V-shaped member.

Abstract:

A label removal system for removing a label with a stock portion and an adhesive from a product includes a stripper, an applicator, a remover, and a transportation system. The stripper sprays a first liquid at the label to strip at least a portion of the stock portion of the label off of the product. The applicator applies a chemical substance on at least a portion of the adhesive and any remaining portion of the label on the product. The remover removes at least a portion of the adhesive and any remaining portion of the label on the product. The transportation system moves the product sequentially from the stripper to the applicator and then to the remover. A method for removing a label with a stock portion and an adhesive from a product includes a number of steps. First, at least a portion of the stock portion of the label off is stripped off of the product by spraying a first liquid at the label. Next, a chemical substance is applied on at least a portion of the adhesive and any remain stock portion of the label.

Abstract:

Swimming pool recess covers and methods of covering swimming pool recesses, for example, stairwells, are disclosed. The recess covers include a flexible sheet adapted to at least partially cover the recess, and one or more fasteners mounted to an edge of the sheet. The fasteners are adapted to engage a main pool cover. The fastener may be an elongated fastener having a receptacle adapted to receive a projection mounted on the main pool cover. The receptacle may have an opening defined by opposing arms adapted to deflect when contacted by the projection on the main cover. The flexible arms may also include projections that enhance engagement of the receptacle with the projection on the main pool cover. Swimming pool peripheral recess cover fasteners are also provided.

A swimming pool consisting of a plurality of panels that withstands water pressure in both a concave and convex configuration to create any freeform shape or size. Each panel consists of an adhered wall of skinning of metal or plastic over expanded polystyrene or expanded urethane foam. The density of the foam is adjusted as necessary to increase the strength of the wall based on static loading of water when swimming pool is assembled as a whole and fully filled with water.
