Hello here is little about myself...I have been teaching physical education for 21 years. I am a Team Beachbody Coach/Rep. we introduce people to product that will help change their lives thru fitness workouts and nutrition. Our mission statement is “Help people achieve their goals and enjoy a healthy, fulfilling life.” My business with Beachbody as an Independent Beachbody Coach I have the honor of introducing people to incredible workouts like P90X, Insanity, Slim in 6 and Hip Hop Abs to name a few. Of Course Shakeology is on of the healthiest meals of the day and the best Meal Replacement Shake. Oops! I get so excited about Beachbody I tend to ramble.... Loving life!
