• I agree with Cory Franklin's commentary on aging ("There is life after age 75," Oct. 6). I recently turned 76. I teach two college English classes and two senior citizen film classes, belong to three book clubs, and participate in four of my church ministries. In August, I got married again, with alCory Franklin pushes back on Ezekiel Emanuel's Atlantic article about his own life and acceptance of death by age 75 ("There is life after age 75," Oct. 6). Franklin objects because he can name scores and perhaps hundreds of people who have made important contributions after 75.
