    A spring clip member for a storage building is provided. The spring clip member is adapted to be snap-fit to an elongate structural member of the storage building. The spring clip member includes a first portion shaped to follow a first contour of the elongate structural member, a second portion extending from said first portion and shaped to follow a second contour of the elongate structural member, a third portion extending from said second portion and shaped to follow a third contour of the elongate structural member, and a deflectable portion extending from said third portion and adapted to elastically deflect and to securely engage the elongate structural member. The spring clip member may be, for example, part of a gable member adapted to be snap-fit to an upper panel channel of a storage building, or, alternatively, part of a debris deflector adapted to be snap-fit to a lower panel channel of a storage building.

    A seal assembly is mounted on a shaft in sealing relationship to provide a sealed chamber in a housing from which the shaft extends. The seal assembly includes a unitary annular seal body attached to an annular retainer. The seal body includes three radial sealing lips in engagement with the shaft. A primary lip is adjacent the sealed chamber and provides the primary fluid seal. A secondary lip is rearward of the primary lip and keeps the primary lip aligned with the shaft. A rearward lip excludes environmental contaminants from entering the sealed chamber.

  • Abstract:
    A storage unit is provided. The storage unit includes a floor assembly, a sidewall assembly, and a lid assembly. The sidewall assembly includes a number of modular corner members and a number of modular panel members. The sidewall assembly including a lower perimeter and an upper perimeter. The sidewall assembly lower perimeter is coupled to said floor assembly with the sidewall assembly extending upwardly from said floor assembly. The lid assembly is movably coupled to said sidewall assembly and is structured to move between a closed, first position and an open, second position. The floor assembly, the sidewall assembly and said lid assembly define an enclosed space. Use of the modular sidewall members and, in an exemplary embodiment a modular floor assembly, allows the manufacturer to produce storage units of different sizes at a minimal cost.
