Cynthia graduated with a degree in Biochemistry from San Diego State University and shortly after, was recruited to Delaware where she spent just over ten years with a local Bio-tech company as the Senior Project Manager of Antibody Services. After starting her own family, she took her years of Project Management and Customer Service experience, and Co-Founded Signature Sitters LLC, a local babysitting staffing agency. Her years of experience in customer relations combined with her compassion for people and her knowledge of the local real estate market, make her a strong asset to anyone embarking into the current buying/selling market. In her free time, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband Mark and two children, Hunter and Sophia as well as staying active in the community. Among other volunteer activities, she has most recently served as Co-Chair for the Delaware Children's Museum's First Anniversary Gala, serves on the Christ Church Episcopal Preschool's Board of Trustees and is the President of the CCEP Parent Association.
