About:

As a second generation Phoenician, my experience and specialization have primarily kept me in the west side of town. My specialized markets include the cities of Phoenix (Central and West), Avondale, Goodyear (Palm Valley and Estrella Mountain Ranch), Litchfield Park, Buckeye (Verrado), Surprise, Tolleson and Peoria. My career in Real Estate began in early 2002 after assisting my family since the late 1970's. I received my degree (BSBA) in Finance from Arizona State University in 1994. Immediately following, Bank of America promoted me as a Preferred Banker. This position allowed me the opportunity to manage the top 10% of the clientele at the branch near the Camelback Corridor of Phoenix. This set the foundation for respect and excellence in customer service. With the real estate market changing daily, I have found myself involved in many different types of transactions from Corporate Relocations to Foreclosures and Short Sales. My most rewarding clients have been the first time home buyers whose enthusiasm is extremely contagious. Recently the out of state second home buyer and investor have found my no nonsense approach very easy, efficient, & convenient in finding that right home. I find great pleasure in assisting those that decide to move to the next step of financial responsibility and/or increase their portfolio value.
