Abstract:
A manually operable disinfection wand provides to a user feedback indicating effectiveness of disinfection during treatment of a target surface. The disinfection wand comprises an illuminator section having an illuminator light source, a handle section, a coupling mechanism, and a position sensor. The coupling mechanism enables a user to rotate an illuminator cover in the illuminator section relative to the handle section to selectively allow passing of light emitted by the illuminator light source for incidence on the target surface. The illuminator cover can be rotated relative to the handle section also to block the light emitted by the illuminator light source. The position sensor is placed in the disinfection wand to produce for observation by the user a signal that is indicative of speed of motion of the disinfection wand and thereby its effectiveness in disinfecting the target surface.

A mobile computing device monitors sanitization of an object by electro-optical (EO) radiation emitted by a sanitizer device. The mobile computing device determines the cumulative exposure based on a position and/or orientation of the sanitizer device relative to the object. The mobile computing device captures images of the object, and augments the image with graphical elements indicating a cumulative exposure of respective portions of the object by the EO radiation. The augmented images may be presented within a graphical user interface presented on a display of the mobile computing device.

Abstract:
A sanitization device comprises primary emitters configured to emit sanitizing electro-optical (EO) radiation into an interior compartment. A support member is configured to hold and/or secure a target object within the interior compartment of a sanitization device. An end portion of the support member may extend into a secondary compartment comprising a secondary emitter configured to produce external stimulus adapted to excite and recover primary emitters from dormancy. The support member is configured to transmit EO radiation produced by the secondary emitter into the interior compartment to thereby prevent and/or recover from dormancy conditions of the primary emitters. Detection circuitry can detect activation failures of the primary emitters. Thermal management circuitry can limit certain critical failures of a sanitization device that result from activation failures of primary emitters.
Systems And Methods For Sanitizing Portable Devices
A sanitization device comprises an enclosure comprising emitters configured to emit sanitizing electro-optical radiation into an interior compartment. The sanitization device further includes a panel having an open configuration and a closed configuration adapted to enclose the inner compartment. The panel includes an inner surface forming a depression configured to receive a portable device when the panel is in the open configuration and to secure the portable device as the panel transitions to the closed configuration. The sanitization device may further comprise an actuator configured to transition the panel between the open and closed configurations in response to inputs received via a touchless input interface.

Abstract:
A system for generating ambient conditions to improve sleep comprises an ambient condition controller. The ambient condition controller may control a light, a speaker, and multiple diffusers. The system may include a computer-readable non-transitory storage medium having instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to implement a sleep program. The sleep program may cause the ambient condition controller to be configured in a variety of states over a period of time.

Systems And Methods For Managing Device Sanitization
A sanitization system includes a sanitization manager and one or more sanitization stations. The sanitization manager monitors portable devices (PDs), and schedules sanitization operations for the PDs based on, inter alia, a sanitization policy. The sanitization policy may require a PD to be sanitized based on a time elapsed since a last time the PD was sanitized and/or potential contamination of the PD (e.g., based on PD usage, location, patient exposure, and/or the like). The sanitization stations may be configured to notify the sanitization manager of sanitization operations performed on respective PDs.
