Selected Achievements / Transferable Skills: Business Development / Strategic Alliance: At RECORDING FOR THE BLIND & DYSLEXIC (RFB&D) I led the department to create a playbook of business development initiatives which course-corrected the organization and to form strategic alliances which resulted in increased awareness, memberships, revenue and market share for this 60 year old non-profit organization.
