Abstract:
A delivery device for a stented heart valve comprises a handle, an inner catheter shaft extending from the handle and having an enlarged bumper element at a distal end, an outer catheter shaft extending from the handle and slidably coupled around the inner catheter shaft, and a retraction mechanism for controlling longitudinal movement of the outer catheter shaft relative to the inner catheter shaft. The outer catheter shaft includes a generally cylindrical housing at a distal end that is structured to receive the bumper element therein.

Abstract:
The present disclosure is directed to a system for treating a blood vessel including a blood vessel lumen defined by a blood vessel wall, the blood vessel lumen being at least partially obstructed. The system may include a shaft assembly including an orienting element. The system may also include a re-entry device extending into the central lumen. The re-entry device may comprise a core wire configured such that bending stresses created in the core wire during bending about a design bend radius are less than the elastic limit of the core wire so that the core wire will elastically recover from the bending upon release.
Adjustable Asymmetric-Resistance Upper Body Exerciser

US Classification:

Abstract:
A device for exercising a user's upper body, including a waist mountable assembly secured about the waist of the user, a frame member extending from the belt and including a proximal and a pair of distal ends, wherein the distal ends are located to the rear of the user and below a transverse plane of the user generally including the belt. A flexible cord member is associated with each distal end and coupled to a pair of hand attachment elements. A resistance force is transferred by the cord member for providing a force opposing exercise movement of each hand attachment means during use, the force generally directed to the associated distal end of an extending portion of the frame member during use.

Abstract:
The present disclosure includes, among other things, a surgical forceps device and system. The device can include first and second opposing jaws with correlating jaw flanges meeting at a pivot point, and a distal wire guide situated within the device proximal of the jaw flanges. Wiring can run on an outside surface of the jaws, through the distal wire guide, and be routed internally as the wiring extends proximally down the device. The wire guide can act as a spacer to help guide the wiring in the device.

A utility vehicle is described having front and rear passenger area, and an HVAC system provides treated air to both front and rear areas. The front area includes a tunnel extending longitudinally rearwardly, and a low profile duct extends within the tunnel to communicate treated air to the rear passenger area. The frame has been modified to mount a drive shaft carrier bearing to maximize the area under the tunnel for hose routing. The frame has been modified to maximize the ingress area for the foot of the rear passenger. The frame has been modified to better seal the vehicle when doors are utilized.

A utility vehicle includes a plurality of ground-engaging members, a frame, a powertrain assembly, a front suspension assembly, and a rear suspension assembly. A cargo bed may be supported by the frame at the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle also includes an operator seat and at least one passenger seat positioned within an operator area. In one embodiment, the vehicle includes doors to enclose the operator area.
