Women's maternal health advocate, citizen journalist and independent researcher on all that encompasses maternal mood disorders, especially Maternal Psychosis. The Postpartum Blues Syndrome, including the three phases known as Baby Blues, Depression (PPD) and Psychosis (PPP) is the only medically recognized syndrome assigned to the postpartum period. I am a two-time Psychosis Survivor as well as a skin and breast cancer survivor. I can say with all certainty that being diagnosed and treated for breast cancer was not as bad as having endured the three and a quarter year psychotic episode after the birth of my second child. I am currently working on the contents of www.postpartumbluessyndromePPB... and when finalized, will make the information within it available for any organization or group, or individual who wants to pass on what they learn from visiting the site.
