I have 2 fantastically talented sons that are both wonderful professional chefs. A parent could not be more proud of how they both grew up into men that are looked up to for a variety of honorable reasons. I went back to college at the age of 42 and graduated as the top woman of my class, all of the other women were much, much younger than myself. I was also the first person in my class to pass the state boards and the only one to pass for 4 months! I must say that I didn't "just barely pass" but I passed with a high score. So that's a few of the things that I've accomplished and proud about. :-)
