About:

I have been licensed as a Realtor in Kodiak since 1995. I have been a Property Manager, but prefer the satisfaction of Real Estate Sales. I have been in Kodiak over 30 years. During those thirty years, I've raised two sons who both went through the Kodiak school system, ran two successful businesses. After deciding to close the businesses, I was approached to entertain Real Estate. Having boys heading to college I decided to take on Property Management. For the first five years I was the Property Manager of one local Real Estate company, then moved into Real Estate Sales. I continue to grow my business through continued education and personal service. I love what I do and look forward to assisting anyone new to our beautiful Kodiak Island.
