Volunteer Organizations In order to give back to my community I serve as a Community Volunteer with the State of Missouri Children’s Division. I participate in Permancy Planning Reviews for Children in Foster Care. I am a member of the Board of Directors for the Rural Water District #3 and serve the customers of this non-profit organization by providing water within the district. I am a member of the Board of Directors for the Southwest Missouri Rental Housing Association. Hobbies Pam and I enjoy camping

and fishing with our family
which includes our five grandchildren. We are hobby beekeepers. We take extended trips on our motorcycle and have traveled thousands of miles through 26 states. Background After retiring in 2001 from the National Park Service my wife, Pam, and I relocated to Southwest Missouri to be near our families. We both enjoyed an outstanding opportunity to participate in protecting and preserving your National Parks. We moved numerous times during our career and purchased and sold property utilizing the services of a Realtor®. We know how valuable a Realtor®’s expertise and knowledge can be to people who are relocating to a new area. Since retirement, Pam and I have purchased, remodeled, and managed investment properties. I also gained experience working with sub contractors when working as the project manager for the construction of two duplexes. In 2002, I earned my Real Estate Brokers License and worked as a Broker for Property Management. I gained experience in construction, remodeling, and property management, which are valuable assets when assisting people with purchasing or selling their home or investment property. I gained knowledge in Real Estate through the Real Estate Salesperson and the Real Estate Brokers courses. I continue to further my education and knowledge by taking additional courses and by participating in the outstanding training opportunities offered with Keller Williams Realty.
