I have enjoyed 38 years in the Hospitality Industry working with the public as a "Training Specialist" with the Eat 'n Park Restaurant Chain. I am known to friends and co-workers as "Uncle David". I'm an Associate Broker with Powell & Associates Real Estate, LLC, (CRS)- Certified Residential Specialist, (GRI) - Graduate of the Realtor Institute, e-PRO Internet Specialist, (CBR) -Certified Buyer Representative, (CNHS) - Certified New Home Specialist, (RCC) - Residential Construction Certified, and am currently the 2011 President of the Clearfield-Jefferson County Association of Realtors; and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.
