Dave began his real estate career in 2002, when after fifteen years in the broadcasting industry he decided to pursue his goal of helping people to achieve their housing and financial goals, and to live their dreams. Following a very successful start in his sales career with McMillin Realty he was asked to oversee the creation and management of the real estate division of Mission Home Mortgage. At Mission Home Realty, Dave shared the systems that led to his personal success. A year later, Dave decided to form his own real estate company, and The McGhee Group, Inc. was born. Shortly thereafter, Dave was asked to share his knowledge and experience with clients of the largest business coaching company in North America. Since 2006, he has helped hundreds of real estate agents and brokers set goals, develop budgets and systems, and improve their business. Dave now shares his experience and knowledge to help agents of The McGhee Group, Inc. to achieve their goals and live their dreams. Dave enjoys helping his clients as they pursue their real estate goals. He specializes in helping them determine their motivation, create a successful strategy and implement that strategy. He is an expert at facilitating and negotiating the real estate process. Dave has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from San Diego State University. He is a Certified Distressed Property Expert and has studied Economics, Finance, Accounting, and Banking. He has also taken courses in Appraisal, Business Law and Real Estate Law. Dave, his wife and two dogs live in La Mesa, CA.
