Abstract:

An internal combustion engine includes a combustion chamber at least partially defined within a cylinder bore by a reciprocating piston having a piston crown. An intake plenum is fluidly connectable with the combustion chamber and at least one intake port is configured to fluidly connect the intake plenum with the combustion chamber. At least one intake valve is configured to selectively fluidly connect the intake plenum with the combustion chamber. The combustion chamber is configured to receive a lean air/fuel mixture therein to substantially fill the combustion chamber. The combustion chamber is further configured to receive a rich air/fuel mixture therein that yields a stratified total air/fuel mixture within the combustion chamber.

Abstract:

A cemetery geospatial mapping system and methods are provided for interactive map-based searching of cemetery properties. The cemetery geospatial mapping system comprises a mapping tools system that includes a component systems package. The component systems package comprises a mapping system that enables end-users to add GPS coordinates to cemetery property records, automates mapping and overlaying of the cemetery properties onto satellite imagery, and enables the end-users to visually interact with information associated with the cemetery properties. A dynamic pricing system uses machine-learning algorithms to analyze data so as to provide the end-users with an optimal price recommendation for each property and unit of inventory. The dynamic pricing system maximizes profits based on predefined characteristics associated with the properties and units of inventory. A host site is stored on an application server system and accessible to the end-users by way of a communications network, such as the Internet.

Abstract:

A fuel system for an engine has a cylinder with an inlet air port, an air box surrounding the inlet air port, and a gaseous fuel injector positioned in the air box and having a nozzle located at the inlet air port. The fuel system also has a gaseous fuel control valve, a fuel supply line fluidly extending from the gaseous fuel control valve to the gaseous fuel injector, a purge valve, and a purge fluid supply line fluidly extending from the purge valve to at least one of the fuel supply line and the gaseous fuel injector. The fuel system also has a return valve and a return line fluidly extending from at least one of the fuel supply line and the gaseous fuel injector.

A control system for an engine including a fuel delivery system and an ignition source is provided. The control system includes a detector, a processor, and at least one actuator. The detector is configured to sense a signal to change from a compression ignited fuel to a spark ignited fuel. The processor is configured to receive the signal from the detector and generate an actuation signal. The actuator is configured to receive the actuation signal, vary an operating speed of the engine, and selectively control at least one of the fuel delivery system and the ignition source.
