Abstract:A system and method for a cart puller. The cart has a puller portion which is coupled to the cart portion. The puller portion has at least one arm coupled to a motor, which is further coupled to a wrapper. The cart portion has at least one wheel, and the arm has a puller head which is coupled to a mount. The mount is couples to a pipe through which wire is to be retrieved. The motor rotates the wrapper such that wire is retrieved from the pipe by the wrapper.
