Abstract:

Declaratively implementing a command. A method includes declaring an input gesture in a declarative programming language. Declaring an input gesture includes declaring one or more user performed actions. A command name is declared in a declarative programming language. A workflow is declared in a declarative programming language. Declaring a workflow includes declaring schedulable activities that are to be performed without specific specifications of the low level algorithms that are used to accomplish the activities. In an alternative example, workflows may be declared by declaring a wrapper to wrap imperative programming commands. The declared input gestures are bound with the declared workflow through the declared command name.

Abstract:

Embodiments of the invention generally provide a disk drive inventory data processing system. In one embodiment, the disk drive inventory data processing system is configured as a mobile hub sorting system (MHSS) that is adapted to receive and processes data from an independent disk drive inventory management system such as a disk drive inventory distribution hub. The disk drive inventory data processing system determines the status of the disk drive inventory and then segregates the disk drives into distributable and not distributable pallets, cartons, and individual disk drives. In another embodiment, the disk drive inventory data processing system provides processed disk drive inventory information to update the independent disk drive inventory system on the shipping status of the disk drives, pallets, and cartons.

The present invention extends to methods, systems, and computer program products for using visual landmarks to organize diagrams. Embodiments of the invention facilitate using visual landmarks to organize elements within a diagram. Elements of a diagram can be arranged in accordance with configurable defined properties of visual landmarks to provide some degree of layout structure within the diagram. Accordingly, embodiments of the invention provide a user experience that provides some structure but retains the flexibility of free form editing. Abstract:

Apparatus and method for detecting leaks within underground or aboveground tanks and their associated piping whether the tank and/or piping is partially filled or empty. The apparatus is partially insulated to minimize temperature effects when injecting a test gas into the tank to be tested. The tank is pressurized to a fill pressure by injecting (bubbling) the test gas through any liquid in the tank. Once stabilized the pressure is reduced to a test pressure while the gas injection continues. The flow rate of gas into the tank is monitored by a flow meter able to measure small flows while the pressure is held constant by a pressure regulator having a high accuracy and the temperature of the ullage is monitored. A tight or leaking tank is determined by evaluating the flow rate of constant pressure against reference criteria which when met identify a tight tank and when not met identify a leaking tank under EPA guidelines. Temperature, deflection, and other effects on leak rate detection are compensated for by prescribing waiting periods, filling times, and multiple and repeat threshold exceedance criteria.

Abstract:

A brake shoe structure which provides resiliency and increased lateral strength at at least one end of the table of a fabricated brake shoe. A portion of the web at that one end of the brake shoe is spaced inward from the radially inner surface of the table to provide a relief area to accommodate deformation of the table at that end of the brake shoe under dynamic braking conditions. The table at that end of the brake shoe extends longitudinally beyond the circumferential edge of the web where it is formed as a lip extending laterally across the table and radially inwardly to provide lateral strength to that end of the brake shoe table.
