Abstract:

A safety handles assembly is provided attachable to a motorcycle which provides a place for hands of a rear passenger to hold directly onto the motorcycle without requiring that the rear passenger hold onto the driver of the motorcycle. The assembly preferably includes a main strap girding a seat or other structure on the motorcycle. A pair of handles are coupled to the main strap and extend upwardly and rearwardly toward the rear passenger. The handles are preferably flexible and include hand loops at ends of the handles opposite the main strap. The hand loops can be engaged by hands of the rear passenger so that the rear passenger is holding onto the motorcycle through the assembly. The assembly is preferably positioned with the main strap forward of the driver and with the handles extending upwardly and rearwardly over the legs of the driver and around opposite sides of the waist of the driver.

Systems and methods for a supplier dynamic reference are provided. Some embodiments include a processor and a memory coupled to the processor for storing instructions. In various embodiments, the memory stores instructions causing the processor to provide product information to a consumer, process data to determine that the consumer wants to make a purchase, process data to enable a supplier to dynamically select a reseller of their products based on a predetermined criteria, and cause the processor to transmit data related to the selected reseller to the consumer. Some embodiments may include a database with product information and product reseller information, including an indication of which resellers sell each product and a selection system configured to select a reseller to provide to the consumer based on the consumer wanting to purchase the product and a reseller selection criteria, wherein the transmitter transmits reseller information to the consumer.

Abstract:

An alarm system for the interior of a vehicle utilizing a temperature sensor measuring the interior temperature of the vehicle and producing a signal when a certain level of temperature is reached. A sound detector also produces a second signal representative of a certain sound intensity within the interior of the vehicle. An AND gate circuit receives the signals from the temperature sensor and the sound detector and generates an output signal. Alarm means is triggered by the output signal of the AND gate circuit.
